microcrystalline wear-resistant alumina liner high hardness impact resistance ceramic linings
product name:Wear-resistant alumina ceramic lining
product introduction:
The microcrystalline wear-resistant ceramic is a special wear-resistant ceramic, which is made of alumina as the main raw material, rare metal oxide as the solvent, by dry pressing, 1550 °C -1650 °C high temperature calcination. Its Rockwell hardness is second only to diamond. The product has the characteristics of good wear resistance, impact resistance and convenient construction. The theoretical wear resistance is equivalent to 260 times of manganese steel and 170 times of chromium steel, which can effectively prolong the service life of the wear parts of the equipment. It is widely used in power, metallurgy, coal, petroleum, cement, chemical industry, machinery and other industries ( such as ash, coal powder, mineral powder, tailings, cement, etc. ). The ideal material for wear-resistant surface of conveying equipment.
Lining specification : 10 * 10 * 3-10,17.5 * 17.5 * 3-15,20 * 20 * 4-20,24 * 24 * 4-20
Variety, complete specifications, customizable.
Installation : welding and adhesive, depending on the construction environment.
Advantages : many kinds, various specifications, small tolerance, fine size, provide technical solutions and construction.
