Introduction of talc porcelain :
Talc porcelain is made of mineral talc ( 3MgO.4SiO2.H2O ) as the main raw material, adding appropriate amount of clay and BaTiO3 and other ingredients by mixing grinding, molding and high temperature sintering. The main crystal phase of talc porcelain is the original enstatite, that is, magnesium metasilicate ( chemical formula is Mgsio3 ). It is a high-frequency structural ceramic with excellent electrical properties, dielectric loss, and low price. It is mainly used in high-frequency coil skeletons, electrical and radio equipment, lead terminals, insulators, and various wiring board tubes and switches. It has high insulation strength, no fatigue and aging, and good electrical performance.
