product name:industrial alumina ceramics parts
Aluminum oxide ceramics are a type of ceramic material, whose main crystalline phase is a high-temperature stable phase α- Al2O3, suitable for high temperature environments. According to the different Al2O3 content, alumina ceramics can be divided into different varieties, such as 99 porcelain, 95 porcelain, 90 porcelain, 85 porcelain, etc. Among them, 85 ceramics are often doped with talc to improve electrical performance and mechanical strength, and can be used for sealing with metals. 95 alumina porcelain is mainly used for corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant components, while 99 alumina porcelain material is widely used in the manufacturing of high-temperature crucibles, refractory furnace tubes, and special wear-resistant materials.
The properties and applications of alumina ceramics
High strength and high temperature stability: decorative porcelain, nozzles, rockets, missile deflectors
High hardness and wear resistance: cutting tools, molds, abrasives, bearings
High melting point and corrosion resistance: refractory materials, crucibles, furnace tubes, thermocouple protective sleeves
Ionic conductivity: solar cell materials, battery materials
Biocompatibility: Artificial bones, artificial joints
Low dielectric loss, high resistivity, high insulation: spark plugs, circuit substrates
